Dress Code
The Training will be held inside the training room all three days. You will not be doing anything that requires any physical exertion comparable to a workout. There is no specific dress code. However, we recommend you dress comfortably and in layers. We make every effort to keep the room at a cool 70 degrees F. Depending on what is happening in the room it may feel cold or hot to you. This is why we recommend layering.

What to Bring
We keep the items allowed in the training room to a minimum as to minimize clutter and keep the space open for what happens during the training. Items that are allowed in the training room include a water bottle (water only), clothing layers and any personal health items you may require, such as medications. You will not need anything else while in the training room.
Mark your calendar for the pre-training zoom call with your Training Coordinator. All attendees should be on this call to receive final instructions and answer any questions. These calls typically last between 20 and 30 minutes.
